Why it is listed

The cafe is open: its Facebook page (about 15,000 followers) describes the largest board game cafe in Bangkok, with more than 400 titles to play and more than 3,000 on sale; Google Maps 4.7 from 556 reviews; Thaiger guide dated 2025-10-19. Chess: the cafe's public stock list (linked from its link page, read 2026-10-06) sells a wooden chess set, 'Cardinal Wood Chess' at 495 THB, plus Laser Chess and Solitaire Chess. No page of the cafe says a chess set is in the play library, and a search of its Facebook page for 'chess' and 'หมากรุก' returns nothing about playing chess. The only statement that boards are there to play on is the undated Checkmate IRL directory line. official · [4]

This is our summary of what the sources showed on the day we read them. Chess in a city moves around; if this no longer matches, the report link below is the way to say so.

We read the sources a second time and still found nothing that shows chess here now. The listing stays until the next update.

This listing records what sources say about chess here. It does not rate the place, the teaching or the players, and it does not check prices, safety or opening hours beyond what a source states.

Sources

Each source appears once, with the short quote that supports a fact, its flag and the day we read it. The flag says who published it: the place, its organiser or a federation, a third party, or a post nobody else backs up.
