Data and privacy
What the form collects
When you send the form we receive the name you give, the email or other contact you leave, your message and the listing it is about, if you chose one. Nothing else is asked for, and you can use any name you go by.
How submissions are stored and used
Submissions are stored on our own server and read when the list is next updated. We use them to check and apply your report, and we write to your contact only if your message asks for a reply. We do not sell them, share them or add anyone to a mailing list.
Your name and contact are never published. If your report leads to a change, the history records the change, not who sent it.
Visit counts
We count page visits with our own first-party analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. It tells us which pages are read, not who reads them. The site loads no third-party trackers, advertising, fonts or maps.
Deleting what you sent
To have a submission deleted, send the form again from the same contact and ask for deletion. It is removed at the next update of the list, and we do not confirm the deletion unless you ask us to.
Contacts of listed places
Listings show only contacts that a place or organiser publishes itself. If you run a listed place and want a contact taken off its listing, say so in the form.
